Please consult with your doctor before beginning any yoga program.  There are conditions for which certain asanas are contraindicated.  
If you are brand new to yoga please seek the guidance of an experienced teacher before attempting these poses on your own.  Each asana should be carefully executed to avoid injury.  
If you are an experienced practitioner you may realize increased benefit by performing this sequence in a vinyasa flow.  
Each posture is labeled with its Sanskrit name and for many, modifications using Iyengar style props are demonstrated.  Your own version of each posture may look different than ours.
